  There wasn't an option for unsure, but I don't know what the legal position is if a PM has actually done something wrong, as opposed to deciding to resign or being pushed out.

  I think we do need a General Election, although I fear that would be a mandate for BJ to stay in office until it was concluded, and a GE would take forever to actually organise and happen.

  I agree it is what he said. I agree that if the replacement wishes to do something significantly different to what was in the previous manifesto, then they need a new mandate. Otherwise it is just an expensive gamble to ask to do what was already promised to be done.
