Having experienced something very similar, I encourage you to contact the help desk again as I did. I received a reply from a real person (as opposed to an auto-response) and got a chance to be heard. I expected it would go nowhere but to my surprise, my account was reinstated. That told me someone took the time to actually consider what I had to say and re-evaluate my history. As I read other posts on this site, I get the impression that this is happening to a lot of us 10 yrs+ members right now and I'm not sure why. Initially I was shaken and beyond insulted. But I received a sense of vindication that helped me get through. Please don't give up yet ~ I wish you all the best. 1 month ago
