Hi, The electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) will be posted directly to your Toluna account, or in some circumstances, to the email address indicated in your account at the moment you place an order.
We suggest checking to see if your voucher has already been processed by going to the profile menu on the top and then clicking on your "my rewards." If you still find issues or have any more problems, please reach out to the contact link on the footer at the bottom of the page. Reply

Have you already redeemed your points for whatever reward you qualify for on the points page in your account? Members can't help you, you need to contact the help desk. There is a link for contacting them on the bottom of each site page. The community pages are not for contacting the help desk. Reply
