If it's not the number count in a package of something then it is the product that is smaller. One thing I noticed recently is a package of hot dogs. There are only 10 in some brands. Hot dog buns are sold as 8 pkgs or 12 pkgs. What do you do with the extra buns?

It's been going on for years now. 10 pounds of potatoes down to 7 pounds- producers claimed they were responding to complaints about rotting before use, but the price stayed the same. Blocks of cheese went from 650 to 400 grams, no price reduction.

... and the packages have the same size, but the contents are shrank. I find-out that the 4 liters milk are called 4 L, but is less about 1/2 cup and sometimes even more. I cut open the plastic bags and pure the whole 4 Liters to easy to use container that shows the amount of the
liquid inside and some brands join the pandemic time shank the contents of Milk inside the bags. I call that cheating and stealing.
If You will look on other products from the market,- You will find lot
more cheaters. For example size of Breads, Buns, Cookies, Chocolate,
any snack, some Juices, Cheese got lot thinner slices, Instant Coffee
inside the tins are lot less.
Soon We will need to shop with magnifying glass in the hand.
