what are you determined to do this year?

exercise more is on my list - go further on my bike again, me and the bf went on a 12 mile cycle a few weekends ago and it was freezing! but we enjoyed it.

how about you?
pps the pic is of my bf - anything with a furry coat on gets my vote! haha
do hamsters have beards though?

tis hard but i will do it Giz ..
..good on you girl am sure you were sore the next day after that cycling session :) ..no way could i do that your a lot fitter than you think ! I've had a gut bug for days thats sure helped me not eat !

I'll just be happy to survive until tomorrow, seeing Autumn would be great or however long thereafter. A 2 mile cycle ride would have killed me off with our narrow, twisty roads and 80 MPH traffic. LOL
