#NATURETOLUNA My favorite nature memories are usually enjoying a beautiful bright sunset, which at times where enhanced by a breezy calming beach setting. Many of which were enjoyed on the island of Jamaica.

My favorite nature memory was 2019 while living in Colorado. We heard owls in trees in our backyard for a week then they just disappeared.... So we thought. While out front one snowy day I happened to look up and was ecstatic that the female great horned owl had taken to a nest. She rarely left the nest and when she did the male was in the next tree with a watchful eye. A few months later we noticed a little white fluff sticking up from the nest... Yes it was a owlet, 2 days later there was a second little fluff. We had the joy of watching these beautiful animals grow. They eventually started roaming from the nest to the tree branches, to taking little flights to our roof and back to the nest. One day they were in the tree in our back yard and the next gone. I will forever remember watching these gorgeous birds of prey from courting to nesting to hatching to venturing out on their own.

#NatureToluna While in deep spiritual practice outside in my backyard, I became enraptured with the spirit. Hands in prayer position, sitting on a chair with my bare feet on the ground. Near two trees, one on the left and right. Nature life all around me. I live out in rural hot desert. NO large builders, just occupied trailers. IN a moment while feeling love and focusing in the self, the very energy in my bones and blood felts as if it were igniting. I could feel a greater buzzing than before, and a great and euphoric feeling of elation came over me. Things were going well and the right healing and free range mana from embracing the outdoors set me upon another progressive and spiritually lucrative part of my journey shared with MOther Earth. Nature's richness was able to provide the nourishing venue for a powerful shift with the Mother Earth. We are kin to soil and the trees and the life that they themselves personally house. When in closer to the spirit of this life symbiosis we engage in a feeding from the life flow of collective consciousness all around us in Nature. A oneness with nature can shift you along your journey.

#NatureToluna One of the most cherished and vivid memories I have about nature, is one summer, I had to be about 8-9 years old, school was out and I woke up a little earlier than regular. I threw on some clothes and sat outside on the stoop, to just take in the warm early summer sun, and the peace and quiet it brought. I watched the sun rise in the east, I watched butterflies in all different species and colors flutter about looking so pretty and gentle, I noticed how green the gras was, how beautifully natural the trees looked. It felt like everything was in sync with the world, the way nature was meant to be. And all I was doing was sitting quietly, on my stoop, in front of my house, in NYC.

#NatureToluna my favorite nature memory was this past weekend in Sedona. It was raining quite a bit and I needed a sign of something good. Just then a rainbow appeared in the distance which made a beautiful arch from one side of the mountains to the otherwise. I would add a photo although there isn’t a button option for me to add one. It’s such a gorgeous sight.
