This 6K Survey keeps showing in my Toluna. When I pressed in the survey, it said “Sorry” and they could not find a survey automatically. But after a few minutes, the same survey appears again. This happened yesterday and it is still the same problem today.

I have cleared my browsing history and cookies but still the same problem occurs. I tried in Windows 10, Android smartphone, Iphone, and Ipad. They all gave me the same problem. I have reported this problem to Toluna but they replied thag I should wait for the survey to close. When I first tried to answer this 6K survey, it said it is already filled up. This survey should be Closed by now.

Have any of experienced this same problem?
